Women and Men – Love and Struggle
We all want fulfilling relationships, but our relationships often lead to conflict and suffering. Finding and keeping love is a challenging task!
The most fundamental difference between people is that you belong to one of two sexes (plus hybrids). Even babies of only a few days react to this.
The seminar covers the following topics:
Successful love relationships (between women and men, between women and women, between men and men)
At the beginning of a relationship, we often expect someone to love us unconditionally and accept us completely. Deep down, we still feel like children who want to be loved. And we will be disappointed.
What does it need for a mature attitude that allows the existing love to grow further?
Loyalty to the ancestors of the same sex
Men are deeply connected to their male ancestors, women to their female ancestors.
In the past, for many generations, men have oppressed women and objectified them. Women have found their own ways to take revenge.
The tensions of the past are still present in a couple’s conflicts today. Then, in an argument, two lines of battle suddenly face each other – behind the woman the female ancestors and behind the man the male ones.
How can we be loyal to our ancestors and at the same time find the female power as a woman in connection with the mother, and the male power as a man in connection with the father?
Leaving the role of the victim
For centuries, women were victims of men. In many parts of the world, they still are today.
Out of loyalty, a woman easily feels like a victim of a man. Men have the experience as a child of being in the hands of a woman, usually the mother. The helplessness from this time continues to exist in the unconscious. How can someone transform their sense of victimization and become a responsible partner in their relationship?
Mothers and Sons – Fathers and Daughters
The closer someone is to the parent of the opposite sex, the more difficult it is later to have a lasting and reliable relationship. The mother’s entire history with men resonates when she looks at her son, just as the father’s history with women is present when he sees his daughter. This affects the child’s attitudes and feelings. Children are also repeatedly expected to fulfill the unfulfilled needs of their parents. That is why parents often need(and abuse) children. How do we free ourselves from such influences?
“Male” and “female” as fixed forms are dissolving.
Today, people define themselves as non-binary or feel transgender and do not identify with their original biological sex. At the same time, relationship forms are changing. For example, people have several love partners at the same time and define themselves as polyamorous. What are the effects of today’s developments?
This event is a research trip that we will undertake together in a large group. We will use free and guided constellations, constellations in small groups and constellation rituals. Often we start from individual problems and conflicts and then penetrate further into the depths of what separates and connects us as human beings.
You encounter yourself as a man or a woman – or however you define yourself. In doing so, you may find new ways to connect with the opposite or same sex in a more fulfilling way.
At the same time, the event is a training opportunity for those doing the constellations, as I explain my interventions and discuss constellations, thus helping people to better understand the results.
