No member of our staff has access to your card data. This is collected exclusively through the encrypted and secure systems belonging to the payment service provider, Netopia.
The sole purpose of billing data is to maintain the integrity of the commercial relationship.

Current Legislation
The Privacy Policy governing the bertold-ulsamer.ro website is subject to Regulation (EU) 2016/679, applicable from May 25, 2018.
Transatlantic Data Flow
In February 2016, the European Commission published the Communication from the Commission to the European Parliament and the Council “Transatlantic Data Flows: Restoring Trust through Strong Safeguards,” a draft adequacy decision and the axes constituting the new legal framework for the transatlantic exchange of personal data for commercial purposes: the EU-US Privacy Shield, which replaces the Safe Harbor Principles invalidated by the Court of Justice of the European Union on October 6, 2015.
In August 2016, the Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2016/1250 of July 12, 2016, pursuant to Directive 95/46/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the adequacy of the protection provided by the EU-US Privacy Shield, was published in the Official Journal of the European Union.
According to this decision, the United States guarantees an adequate level of protection for personal data transferred from the European Union to organizations in the United States under the EU-US Privacy Shield, provided that these entities process the personal data in accordance with a strong set of principles and safeguards for the protection of privacy and personal data that are equivalent to those in the European Union.
We also mention that the bertold-ulsamer.ro website and its related pages do not exchange data and/or information with any other state that is not subject to GDPR legislation and/or the EU-US Privacy Shield.
