1. Nature of the Service Please note that the “Women and Men – Love and Struggle” event is an educational service and workshop. No physical goods will be shipped or delivered to your address.
2. Confirmation and Ticket Delivery Upon successful payment of either the “Early Bird,” “Standard,” “Full Price” ticket, or the “Reserve Your Seat” deposit:
- Immediate Confirmation: You will receive an automated email confirming your registration and payment.
- Invoicing: An electronic invoice will be automatically generated and sent to the email address provided during registration.
- Access Credential: Your payment confirmation serves as your entry ticket. Please keep this digital confirmation safe.
3. Delivery of the Service (The Event) The service is considered “delivered” through your participation in the event itself.
- Location: The event takes place physically at the Courtyard by Marriott Bucharest Floreasca Hotel.
- Dates: The service is rendered between March 5th and March 9th, 2026.
- Check-in: Participation is validated at the registration desk at the venue on the first day of the event.
4. Inclusions and Exclusions To ensure clarity on what is being delivered:
- Included: The participation fee covers the full 5-day workshop tuition and daily coffee breaks.
- Not Included: Accommodation and transport to the venue are not included. Lunch is not included in the standard ticket price but is available as an optional add-on (buffet style) for €38/day.
5. Shipping Fees As this is a digital registration for an in-person service, shipping costs are €0.00.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. General Ticket Cancellation
- More than 60 days before the event: If you cancel your registration more than 60 days prior to the start date, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Less than 60 days before the event: If you cancel within the 60-day window, you will receive a refund minus a €150 fee.
2. “Reserve Your Seat” (Deposit) Terms If you choose the “Reserve Your Seat” option to pay the €150 advance:
- Non-Refundable: The €150 deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
- Payment Deadline: To lock in the Super Early Bird rate, the remaining balance must be paid in full by December 31, 2025.
- Late Payment: If the final payment is not received by December 31, your registration fee will automatically shift to the next pricing tier.
